The situation

Autonet is one of Romania's largest auto-parts distributors. Founded 1996, with two regional distribution centers, sixty warehouses, and a strong presence on the Hungarian market. Flexinet is their B2B incentive platform, the system 20,000+ partners rely on every day. Regulatory compliance was tightening, competitive pressure was mounting, the platform needed more scale and configurability, and priorities had to align across departments running on different timelines.
